From €50/month per workstation. The price adapts to the number of devices, servers and infrastructure complexity, with tiered rates that reduce the cost per workstation as your fleet grows.
What does the base service include?
Remote and on-site support, continuous monitoring with Zabbix, asset inventory with Snipe-IT, periodic backup verification, preventive maintenance and up-to-date documentation of the entire infrastructure.
Do you offer after-hours support?
Our direct support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Outside those hours, 24/7 monitoring remains active and generates automatic alerts that we attend to for critical incidents.
Is it necessary to have your own server?
No. We provide service on cloud, hybrid and on-premise infrastructures. We evaluate your case and recommend the most suitable architecture for your company, whether with physical, virtual or fully cloud-based servers.
Can I purchase just an hours package?
Yes, we offer hours packages starting from a minimum of 5 hours at 50 €/hour. It's a flexible option for companies that don't need a monthly plan but want professional technical support when they need it.
