Adecco Learning & Consulting selected IBERSYA as training partner for your Innovation Learning Lab program, Adecco's specialized line of learning solutions in Artificial Intelligence, Data Intelligence and Innovation.

We design and deliver a training itinerary in applied AI for almost 20 managers, with two modules: a welcome session to AI (ecosystem, key concepts, generative AI, automation and chatbots) and an intensive workshop on total productivity with AI focused on Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and advanced prompt engineering. Managers learned to apply AI in their daily lives: content creation, data analysis with Excel, meeting transcription and email automation.

ERP Odoo + Backup

Hermi Group, national leader in the rabbit meat sector with 250 employees spread across 4 locations (Valladolid, Tarragona, Celanova and Albacete), needed to meet the Royal Decree 8/2019 on day registration with a reliable system that would replace outdated software that only covered part of the workforce and did not meet the new legal requirements.

Desplegamos Odoo Attendance and Absence with 4 Raspberry Pi-based clocking points and RFID card readers, one at each headquarters. Employees clock in and out with their card, and the data is synchronized in real time with the central server. HR manages absences, vacations and overtime from a single panel for all 4 locations.

In parallel, we implemented a backup system with Veeam that protects the 20 servers of the group following the strategy 3-2-1-1-0: three copies, two different media, one offsite, one immutable and zero errors in verifications. Copies are stored on a local Synology NAS and replicated to Wasabi as immutable cloud copy, guaranteeing recovery from ransomware. In total, 10+ TB of business data protected.

We complete the project with the deployment of Bitdefender GravityZone in all 50 jobs of the 4 headquarters, managed from a centralized console in the cloud, and the 24/7 monitoring with Zabbix of the entire infrastructure: servers, network, backups and endpoint status.

EuroredisPharma is a parapharmacy e-commerce based on WordPress and WooCommerce. Without active web maintenance, plugins were outdated and the attackers executed a Pharma Hack: injected malicious code, installed a back door with a hidden file manager and used the client's domain to sell illegal drugs.

We make a complete cybersecurity audit- We identified all infected files, removed malicious code, closed the backdoor, updated the entire stack and hardened the configuration. We work with Google Search Console to deindex fraudulent content. The client domain has never been related to those drugs again.

Odoo ERP

Two partners, a van and a problem: TCL PDAs over 20 years old that did not sync and one needle printer that could fail at any moment. Each order was entered twice. Every bill depended on outdated hardware.

Implantamos Odoo with two tablets synchronized in real time and digital billing by email. Now both partners see the same information, invoices reach the customer by mail before leaving their door, and they no longer depend on paper or hardware that can fail en route.
