What is FUNDAE and how does the bonus work?
FUNDAE (State Foundation for Employment Training) allows companies to subsidize the cost of training their employees through Social Security contributions. Every listed company has an annual training credit available.
Does the training have zero cost?
Yes, as long as the company has FUNDAE credit available. The bonus is applied through Social Security contributions and the cost of training can be zero.
Are the trainings in person or online?
We offer both modalities: in person at your facilities, live online or mixed format. We adapt to the schedules and needs of your team.
Can I choose the formations my team needs?
Yes. We analyze the needs of your company and design a tailored training plan. You can combine several areas or focus on a specific one.
How many employees do I need to request training?
Any company with at least 1 employee registered with Social Security can access subsidized training. There is no minimum number of participants.
