How often are backups performed?
Depending on your company's needs, we configure continuous copies (real time), hourly, daily or weekly. For critical data we recommend hourly or continuous backup.
How long are copies kept?
Retention is completely configurable: from 30 days to several years. To comply with the GDPR and Spanish tax regulations, we recommend retentions of at least 5 years for accounting documents.
Is data secure in the cloud?
All data is encrypted with AES-256 before leaving your facility. The encryption key is yours exclusively. The data centers are in Europe and are GDPR compliant.
How long does the restoration take?
A file or folder is recovered in minutes. A full server restore can take hours, but we also offer direct cloud restore (DRaaS) that boots the server in minutes.
Can I also protect Microsoft 365?
Yes, we offer a specific backup service for Microsoft 365 (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams) for €3/user/month managed with Veeam. It is an independent service from infrastructure cloud backup. Microsoft does not guarantee recovery of deleted data after 30-93 days.
Are you GDPR and ENS compliant?
Yes. Data is stored in ISO 27001 certified data centers in the EU, with data processor contracts (DPA) included.
