What is FUNDAE and how does the subsidy work?
FUNDAE (State Foundation for Employment Training) allows companies to subsidize the cost of employee training through Social Security contributions. Every company that contributes has an annual training credit available.
Is the training at zero cost?
Yes, as long as the company has available FUNDAE credit. The subsidy is applied through Social Security contributions and the training cost can be zero.
Is the training on-site or online?
We offer both modalities: on-site at your premises, live online or a mixed format. We adapt to your team's schedules and needs.
Can I choose the training my team needs?
Yes. We analyze your company's needs and design a custom training plan. You can combine several areas or focus on a specific one.
How many employees do I need to request training?
Any company with at least 1 employee registered with Social Security can access subsidized training. There is no minimum number of participants.
