Is it compatible with VeriFactu regulations?
Yes. Odoo's Point of Sale module generates tickets and invoices that comply with VeriFactu requirements, Spain's new electronic invoicing fiscal regulation. Each transaction is recorded immutably and can be reported to the AEAT (Spanish Tax Agency).
Does it work without an internet connection?
Yes. Odoo's POS can operate in offline mode. You can keep processing payments, issuing tickets and recording sales even if the connection drops. When it's restored, all data syncs automatically with the server.
Can I manage multiple stores or points of sale?
Yes. Odoo allows configuring multiple points of sale, each with its own product configuration, pricing, payment methods and taxes. All data is consolidated in a single dashboard for a global business overview.
What hardware do I need?
