What is the response time for an incident?
Our average first response time is under 30 minutes during business hours (Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00). Incidents are automatically prioritized in Freshdesk based on impact and urgency, and critical ones are handled immediately. If your plan includes monitoring, many issues are detected and resolved before you even notice them.
What does the IT support service include?
The service covers hardware and software incident resolution, equipment setup, user and permission management, update installation, business application support and technical advice. Flat rate plans also include proactive Zabbix monitoring and scheduled preventive maintenance.
How does remote support compare to on-site support?
Remote support is provided via Rustdesk, a secure open-source remote desktop tool. We connect to your computer in minutes to resolve most incidents without travel. When the issue requires physical intervention (hardware, cabling, installations), we visit your offices at no additional cost on flat rate plans.
Is there a lock-in period or minimum commitment?
The hour pack option has no lock-in or commitment beyond the hours purchased. Flat rate plans have a monthly renewable contract with 30 days' notice to cancel. We don't apply cancellation penalties or mandatory lock-in clauses.
