How often are backups performed?
Depending on your company's needs, we configure continuous (real-time), hourly, daily or weekly backups. For critical data we recommend hourly or continuous backup.
How long are backups retained?
Retention is fully configurable: from 30 days to several years. To comply with GDPR and Spanish tax regulations, we recommend at least 5 years retention for accounting documents.
Is data secure in the cloud?
All data is encrypted with AES-256 before leaving your premises. The encryption key is exclusively yours. Data centers are in Europe and comply with GDPR.
How long does restoration take?
A file or folder is recovered in minutes. Full server restoration can take hours, but we also offer direct cloud restoration (DRaaS) that boots the server in minutes.
Can I also protect Microsoft 365?
Yes, we offer a specific backup service for Microsoft 365 (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams) for 3 EUR/user/month managed with Veeam. It is an independent service from infrastructure cloud backup. Microsoft does not guarantee recovery of deleted data beyond 30-93 days.
Does it comply with GDPR and ENS?
Yes. Data is stored in ISO 27001 certified data centers in the EU, with data processing agreements (DPA) included.
