AI Training

Adecco Learning & Consulting selected IBERSYA as a training partner for their Innovation Learning Lab program, Adecco's specialized line in AI, Data Intelligence and Innovation learning solutions.

We designed and delivered an applied AI training track for nearly 20 executives, with two modules: an AI introduction session (ecosystem, key concepts, generative AI, automation and chatbots) and an intensive total productivity with AI workshop focused on Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and advanced prompt engineering. Executives learned to apply AI in their daily work: content creation, data analysis with Excel, meeting transcription and email automation.

ERP Odoo + Backup

Grupo Hermi, a national leader in the rabbit meat industry with 250 employees across 4 locations (Valladolid, Tarragona, Celanova and Albacete), needed to comply with Spanish working hours registration law (RD 8/2019) by replacing an outdated system that only covered part of the workforce and didn't meet the new legal requirements.

We deployed Odoo Attendance and Absences with 4 Raspberry Pi-based check-in points and RFID card readers, one at each location. Employees clock in and out with their card, and data syncs in real time with the central server. HR manages absences, holidays and overtime from a single panel across all 4 sites.

In parallel, we implemented a Veeam backup system protecting all 20 servers following the 3-2-1-1-0 strategy: three copies, two different media, one offsite, one immutable and zero verification errors. Backups are stored on a local Synology NAS and replicated to Wasabi as immutable cloud copies, ensuring recovery from ransomware. In total, over 10 TB of business data protected.

We completed the project by deploying Bitdefender GravityZone across all 50 workstations at the 4 locations, managed from a centralized cloud console, and 24/7 monitoring with Zabbix covering the entire infrastructure: servers, network, backups and endpoint status.

EuroredisPharma is a parapharmacy e-commerce based on WordPress and WooCommerce. Without active web maintenance, plugins became outdated and attackers executed a Pharma Hack: they injected malicious code, installed a backdoor with a hidden file manager and used the client's domain to sell illegal drugs.

We performed a complete cybersecurity audit: identified all infected files, removed the malicious code, closed the backdoor, updated the entire stack and hardened the configuration. We worked with Google Search Console to deindex the fraudulent content. The client's domain has never been associated with those drugs again.

ERP Odoo

Two partners, a van and a problem: 20+ year-old TCL PDAs that wouldn't sync and a dot matrix printer that could fail at any moment. Each order was entered twice. Each invoice depended on obsolete hardware.

We implemented Odoo with two tablets synced in real time and digital invoicing by email. Now both partners see the same information, invoices reach the customer before they leave the premises, and they no longer depend on paper or hardware that could fail on the road.
